Cardi B Reveals Secret Marriage With Offset

Celebrities tend to have such a hard time living a normal life. It is a risk they had to take when they decided to be famous and live their dream. Their fans would want to know every single thing that they are doing every day, hence entertainment news and tabloids sent out paparazzi and other sources to keep track of them.

This especially happens when a celebrity is rumored to be either in a new relationship or is engaged, married or expecting, even when they are rumored to be having a beef with another celebrity. Everyone wants the tea to be spilled, and it is definitely best served really hot. Which is why when the rumors of rapper Cardi B being pregnant, people can’t stop speculating that this might be true. After announcing to the world that she is, it turns out that she was hiding a bigger secret, and that is her marriage with her baby daddy.

 

Cardi B Surprise Pregnancy Announcement

It was on her appearance at Saturday Night Live when she revealed that she is actually expecting. As the musical guest, the rapper played coy at first after performing her hit songs “Bodak Yellow” and “Bartier Cardi”, but it was on the second part of her performance when the camera started panning down her bellow which then revealed her baby bump.

It turns out that the rumors are indeed true that the rapper is actually expecting. Her fans immediately set Twitter in fire and made sure she is trending because of her big revelation. They then showered her with thousand of tweets and comments about her pregnancy.

People then wondered if she’d continue her Coachella show and she actually did, she would even continue her upcoming tour with Grammy award-winning singer Bruno Mars in September after she gives birth. This is just the second biggest revelation for the New-York born rapper because just a few months before this news, her fiancé and baby daddy, Offset, who already has three kids prior to being with Cardi, actually proposed to her on stage in Philadelphia.

She tried so hard to hide her pregnancy for the first two months. In an interview before her big reveal, the 25-year-old rapper explained the title of her album which is “Invasion of Privacy”, wherein she said that she just can’t address the rumors. Cardi explained how people cannot simply expect her to be open about everything, she had been so open already and people need to understand that she needs privacy as well.

She pointed out that there are just certain things for her that have to remain private, and people must not try to invade that, after all, she is not some kind of an animal that is placed in a zoo wherein people could watch everything she does.

Secret Wedding

After revealing the fact that she is actually expecting her very first child, it turns out that she is hiding a much bigger secret, and that is the fact that she is already married to her baby daddy.

The two got engaged last year and with a baby on the way, no one seemed to think that the two would actually tie the knot not too long after their engagement. Some sources believe that the two has been engaged longer but just made it seem like they just did.

The news was dropped like a hot potato when Offset’s group received the award for best group at the BET Awards last weekend and he gave a shoutout to Cardi. Instead of saying fiancé, he called her a wife, which definitely shocked everyone there and people watching at home. He simply said that “Thank God, I thank my wife, you should thank yours.”

 

 

TMZ then managed to get their hands on their marriage certificate to confirm the news and it turns out that the two are actually married since September of 2017 and the wedding took place in Atlanta, Georgia.

Cardi then had to confirm everything and said that she found someone to marry them and so they did. She revealed that she tied the knot without needing a wedding dress, extravagant ring or even makeup because all that she needs were all there and that is her husband’s love, which is the most important thing in a wedding.
