Adele Buys Mediterranean-Style Beverly Hills Mansion

Thanks to a combination of award-winning albums, countless Grammys, and a very lucrative upcoming Las Vegas residency, multimillionaire singer and songwriter Adele has seen her life change pretty dramatically over the years. The North London-born artist, whose fourth album, 30, was released in November 2021, has also built up quite the real estate collection during her rise to the top. 

Adele’s new purchase 

Over the weekend, the “Easy on me” singer hit the news by buying the lavish estate for $58 million after the “rocky” star almost halved his original asking price from $110 million. The estate is to have more than enough space for Adele, her son Angelo and her boyfriend Rich Paul.

The property is located in North Beverly Hills and spreads over 1,726 square meters with eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. Originally the house was designed by architect Richard Landry, who earned his reputation as the “King of the Megamansion”.  

Adele’s new neighbors include The Rock, Justin Bieber, Magic Johnson, Mark Wahlberg, and Sofia Vergara. It is one of the most private properties in the community, hidden at the very end of a hidden cul-de-sac and down an exceptionally long gated driveway.

The house features an infinity pool that overlooks a spectacular city view; a gym, sauna, movie theatre, bar; an art studio, garage with the capacity of eight cars and two adjoining guest rooms. The guesthouse was recently designed into the property and consists of two en suite bedrooms and a full chef’s kitchen. It is ideal for a singer when her friends and family come to visit. The guest room also features a fully equipped gym perfect for Adele’s daily indoor workouts.

The interior is a mix of L.A mansion motif includes, huge Palladian windows, French doors galore, and colourful furnishing, which is appropriate for a Hollywood icon. One of the best features of the house has to be the cigar lounge on the premises; it comes with a wet bar and Vegas Style backlit cabinets. Beverly Park is littered with uber-enormous mansions; in fact, Stallone’s place is actually one of the more “reasonably-sized” homes.

Adele’s property portfolio 

Adele has amassed an impressive property portfolio over the course of her career, and already owns three homes in Beverly Hills, including a $10million home that previously belonged to her friend and neighbour Nicole Richie, which she bought in July 2021.

Back in 2016, the singer purchased a four-bedroom, six-bathroom home for $9.5 million; complete with a pool and summerhouse. And following her split from ex-husband Simon Konecki in 2019, she splashed out another ten million on a brand-new pad close by for herself and her son, Angelo, so the family unit could still be near one another.
